Rafiq Dossani, Director of the RAND Center for Asia Pacific Policy, a senior
economist at the RAND Corporation, and a professor at RAND Pardee Graduate
School. Dr. Dossani works on education, finance, regional development,
security, trade, and technology issues.
Dr.
Jennifer Bouey, a senior policy researcher and Tang Chair in China Policy
Studies at the RAND Corporation. As an epidemiologist with training in
clinical medicine and quantitative methods, Dr. Bouey's research focuses on
global health strategies and social determinants of health.
Professor
Yongjun Chen, the Business School of Renmin University of China. He is
also vice president for Institute of China's Economic Reform & Development.
Tony
Pan, ANBOUND's Researcher Fellow, his interest focusing on International
Relations, closely working with ANBOUND Chief Researcher Mr. Chan Kung to have published the studies related to BRI.
