Suntech, the leading company of China's PV industry, has gone bankruptcy and restructuring due to debt. Whether the government should launch bailout to Suntech? In our views, the PV industry is China's green strategic industry in the near future, the restructuring requires driving force from both the government and PV industry. So we suggest that in order to store the strategic resource for long-term interests, both the central and local governments can conditionally develop or promote industrial fund engaging in the risky market, meanwhile, the relevant companies could operate in an environment with better transparency.
