There is no denial that China is becoming an aging country. A few of the problems and related issues are worthy to be emphasized such as: China is getting old before getting rich; lack of concrete consensus among China's concepts and thoughts in dealing with aging problem, targeted research, policy preparation and insufficient resources; as well as outdated demographic and immigration policies. Therefore, proper reform in immigration policy is necessary and essential.
