Chinese Football Needs a New Strategy

Chinese football has become one of the most embarrassing topics for the Chinese people. Being the second largest economy in the world and owning a large number of football fans, China possesses an averaged football team and there remains a vast football markets waiting to be developed. With the football 'clean-up' campaign coming to an end, the Chinese football is facing an extremely daunting task of restructuring. The future of the Chinese football should primarily be a strategic question. We believe that by exploring a special competition system, the sector may develop sustainably.
