Middle class development is inevitable in China. The significance of this inevitability lies not only in economics, but also in politics and society. For the Communist Party of China, who launched the country's socialist program, middle class has become the main body of "people", and thus should be primarily served and relied upon. A stabilized middle class is directly relevant to a stabilized future society, and the development of China’s society is to a large extent determined by the development and improvement of China’s middle class. Therefore, their thought, desire and dreams, should become the main elements of the “Chinese Dream”.
