View China's Infrastructure Investment Overseas from Multi-angles
ANBOUND

On November 25th of 2014, Indian Ministry of Railways declared that India will sign a contract with China to provide feasibility report on the construction of a 1,750 kilometers high-speed rail between Delhi and Chennai. China cheered for the news—China has been endeavoring to push forward the strategy of "going out" for its high-speed rail industry, and this big deal of cooperation with India appears to be very precious after the suspension of Thailand high-speed rail and the end of Mexican project. However, this news has also brought about a few doubts: Why is it so hard for China to export its globally and comprehensively advanced high-speed rail system? Is there any flaw in China's export strategy? These questions are worthy of consideration from multi-angles.
