China's Ministry of Commerce said it had noted the Foreign Investment Risk Review Modernization Act, as part of the National Defense Authorization Act, was signed by US President Donald Trump on Monday. The Chinese side will comprehensively assess the contents, and pay close attention to the impact on Chinese enterprises.
