At the end of 2013, the US Environmental Protection Agency has lowered the required amount of renewable fuels to be added into gasoline and diesel for the US market. Most of the added renewable fuels are corn ethanol. ANBOUND research team believes that the global corn price will experience big reversal in 2014. The US might dump its excessive corn production into the global market while China's corn export will drop sharply. Therefore, there is serious concern on improving farmers’ income and grain production. The price level has a tendency to fall this year.
