China Should Acknowledge The Importance of Sri Lanka
ANBOUND

ANBOUND think tank chief researcher Chan Kung stated that China does not have significant influence on Sri Lanka and two countries are merely at a"friendly state". To date, China not yet realized the importance of Sri Lanka. Chan Kung highlighted that Sri Lanka has extremely important strategic position as the country upholds one of the strategic marine powers in Asia. If China does not open the door for immigrants then such strategic marine powers as Sri Lanka will never belong to China. If China refuses to compromise then trade and land rights finance is the only option.
