China will be facing the world's biggest ageing population issue soon. ANBOUND think tank scholars believe that China must thoroughly reform its family planning policy that restricts one child policy and relax fertility restriction. At the same time, China should relax immigration policy and imports younger labor force from abroad. China needs to improve in many areas such as social service for the elderly, infrastructure construction, nursing personnel, labor force etc. Besides that, China also needs to amend its policies on ageing population as soon as possible and well prepared on relevant fields such as resources, labor force and policies.
