The local governments are paying great attention on land capitalization reform in the midst of new urbanization development. ANBOUND research team believes that there are two crucial links in land capitalization. The first one is land system reform and the second one is the participation of financial resources in land reform. It is worth noting that there are increasing participation attempts in land reform by the financial institutions. Their participation not only promotes land reform process but also useful attempt to deal with the rural finance.
