ANBOUND think tank scholars pointed out the special meanings behind President Xi's personal involvement in promoting Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei cooperation: first of all, President Xi personally participates in the economic development as well as major planning and deployment. Secondly, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei are the pilot areas for the new round of urban development; third, the transportation network construction will play a significant role; fourth, the industrial division and transfer will be an important measure for future economic development in the cities. In the future, China will not only focus on political leadership but also consistent decisions on major economy development.
