Currently, the atmosphere of regulating Yu E Bao has been formed. However, it is too shallow to regard Yu E Bao as merely a threat to the commercial banks. ANBOUND think tank scholars believe that the positive impact of Yu E Bao outweigh negative impact towards the commercial banks. Internet finance should be viewed from the perspective of multi-level capital markets. The introduction of internet finance regulations would improvise the development of multi-level capital market.
