Legal regulation is most needed in the financial industry however the government's work report that released on 5th March does not give sufficient attention on it. ANBOUND think tank scholars think that the current awareness and planning on financial legislation has not been adapted to the needs of multi-level capital market, economic transformation and upgrading. Therefore, the two sessions need to pay more attention and take substantial actions toward systematic financial laws and regulations. The legislation and modification of "Futures Law", “Commercial Bank Law” and the “Law of People’s Bank of China” need to be on the agenda soonest possible.
