Although both China's economic development and consumption level have been greatly improved, the society seems to be still far away from the modernization. ANBOUND’s senior researcher He Jun stated that China’s modernization process is different from the developed countries whereby it can be divided into "hardware" and “software” construction under the two halves: the first half is the phase of rapid economic development, urban expansion, and infrastructure; meanwhile the second half will witness the changes in development model and make up all the deficiencies that left by the “software” development. Now, China has just entered the second half of modernization.
