Over the last one year, renewable energy vehicles are favorable by all parties driven by the surge of TESLA. However, the downstream demand still does not grow even though more and more capital has been pumped into the industry. ANBOUND research team believes that lithium battery industry which is the core link of renewable energy vehicles is similar to the PV industry in the past with the issue of overcapacity. There is no better solution to the problems in lithium battery industry except activate the downstream demand.
