China Contribution to Africa Has to Expand Beyond Resources

Recently, IMF's official website stated that China has become the major development partner of Sub-Saharan Africa. ANBOUND think tank scholars highlighted that Africa mainly export primary products to China; while China’s influence is strengthening via China-Africa cooperation, it might have buried many seeds of grievances. For instance, African countries are anxious about single economy and the impact of decreasing demand from China towards their economies. China has to be cautious when it comes to expand the scope of cooperation and drive the economic growth in Africa.
