ANBOUND research team believes that delayed retirement is an inevitable global trend in-line with the improvement of medical and health conditions, increase in average life expectancy and the arrival of an aging era. Although pension gap is a difficult problem for every country but a country has the responsibility to keep improving the social security system. China also needs to delay retirement but under the prerequisite of comprehensive pension system, incentives that encourage delay retirement as well as social security system.
