Zhejiang's economy grows under the mutual assistance of business district however it is collapsing now. It is reported that the wave of bankruptcy amongst small and medium enterprises has been spread to big enterprises and even top 100 enterprises through the mutual guarantees. From ANBOUND’s point of view, Zhejiang’s business district is the last firewall against regional financial crisis which can be easily destroyed but hard to be rebuilt.
