In-line with the introduction of National New Urbanization Plan, the biggest challenge for the local governments is foreseen to be the financial issue. ANBOUND pointed out that a certain scale of city construction is necessary and essential to allow the new urbanization plan to drive the economy. Proper financing support is also equally important hence the government at all levels should execute the urbanization plan according to local conditions, take advantage of various financial resources to serve the local urbanization.
